What are mesenchymal stem cells?
Mesenchymal cells are the body’s repair signallers. Rather than replacing damaged tissue directly, they release growth factors and signaling molecules that help regulate inflammation and support the body’s own regenerative processes.
The cells we use are derived from donated umbilical cord tissue, not embryonic tissue, collected after healthy, full-term births with donor consent. Cord-derived cells are used because they are young, unexposed to decades of environmental stress, and available without harvesting tissue from the patient.
Every lot we use comes with sourcing and screening documentation, available for you to review during your consultation.
