Regenerative Aesthetics

Regenerative aesthetics applies the same principle as the rest of the practice to skin: stimulate your own repair biology rather than mask the surface. Microneedling, PRX biorevitalization, and PRP facial therapies are expanding soon at both clinics.

What makes aesthetics regenerative?

Conventional aesthetics adds something to the skin. The regenerative approach provokes the skin to rebuild itself, working through controlled stimulus and your own growth factors rather than fillers that sit in the tissue.

Microneedling creates controlled micro-injuries that trigger the skin’s own collagen production. PRX biorevitalization delivers a biostimulating compound without needles. PRP facials return your own concentrated growth factors to the skin. Different tools, one mechanism: signal the tissue to repair.

How does this fit the rest of the practice?

Skin is an organ, and it reflects the systems underneath it. Treating it inside a regenerative practice means the internal picture, nutrients, hormones, and inflammation, can be addressed alongside the surface work.

This is the same reason our Hair & Skin patients start with lab work: skin quality tracks circulation, hormonal status, and nutrient availability. Surface treatments land better on biology that is supported from the inside.

When is it available?

Regenerative aesthetics is expanding soon at Nascent. We list it because patients ask, and we would rather state its status honestly than quietly sell a placeholder.

If skin quality is part of what brings you in, say so at your consultation: the internal workup can begin now, and you will be first in line when the aesthetic services open.

Who is this for?

Patients who want skin firmness and texture addressed by stimulating their own collagen. Expanding soon.

  • Skin that has lost firmness, texture, or glow
  • Patients who prefer stimulating their own collagen over fillers
  • Hair & Skin patients whose workup points at surface treatment as the next layer
  • Anyone already in a regenerative protocol who wants the visible layer addressed too

What the process looks like

  1. 01

    Consultation

Skin goals reviewed alongside your labs, because texture and firmness track the biology underneath the surface.

  2. 02

    Protocol design

Microneedling, PRX, PRP facials, or a sequence of them, matched to your skin and your tolerance for downtime.

  3. 03

    Treatment sessions

Delivered in-clinic in a planned series; most regenerative aesthetic protocols build over multiple sessions by design.

  4. 04

    Maintenance

A maintenance cadence set with you, adjusted to how your skin responds rather than a fixed package.

Where can I get Regenerative Aesthetics?

Regenerative Aesthetics, common questions

Is regenerative aesthetics available now?

Not yet. It is expanding soon at both clinics. Raising it at consultation now means your plan is ready when the services open.

How is this different from Botox or fillers?

Botox relaxes muscle and fillers add volume; both act on the surface presentation. Regenerative aesthetics works on the tissue itself, stimulating your own collagen and repair signaling. They are different tools, and some patients ultimately use both.

Which treatment would I start with?

That depends on your skin and your goals, and it is decided at consultation rather than sold as a package. Where the internal picture is a factor, Dr. Southern will say so before any surface work is planned.

Start with a consultation

Comprehensive lab work, an honest read on whether we can help, and a protocol designed around your biology.
