Precision Regenerative Therapies

Nascent Health delivers three core regenerative therapies (stem cell, exosome, and IV ozone) designed to work as one synergistic system rather than as isolated treatments. Every protocol is built from comprehensive lab work by Dr. Ashley Southern.

Stem Cell Therapy

Umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal cell therapies from screened, consented donor tissue: used to support tissue repair, help regulate inflammation, and support cellular function.

Who it's for

Patients with injuries, chronic or autoimmune conditions, or those seeking to support deep healing and tissue repair.

How do I know which therapy I need?

You don't have to. That determination is the point of the consultation, Dr. Southern reviews your history, goals, and comprehensive lab work, then designs the protocol.

Most protocols draw on more than one therapy, because they do different jobs. Stem cells contribute regenerative capacity. Exosomes contribute the signaling that directs it. IV and ozone therapy support the cellular environment both depend on. Where a single therapy is enough, that is what you will be recommended: the goal is the right protocol, not the largest one.
