What does bioidentical mean?
Bioidentical hormones are molecularly identical to the hormones your body produces. The goal of optimization is not to push levels as high as possible, but to restore the ranges in which you actually function well.
Hormones sit upstream of energy, sleep, mood, body composition, libido, and cognitive clarity, which is why a decline rarely shows up as one clean symptom. It shows up as a picture: flatter energy, slower recovery, disrupted sleep, a change in drive.
Because the picture is layered, we do not prescribe from a questionnaire. Optimization starts with comprehensive bloodwork, drawn and run in-house, and every adjustment afterward is made against repeat labs rather than guesswork.
