Clinical commentary

Low testosterone, systemic inflammation, and a specific mechanical injury form a self-reinforcing loop: the hormonal picture amplifies the inflammation, the inflammation amplifies the pain, and the pain disrupts the sleep and movement that would otherwise support recovery. Correcting the hormonal terrain first and layering regenerative interventions on top of it gives tissue what it actually needs to repair.
