The Reserve is our VIP concierge program: a deliberately small group of patients who work with Dr. Southern directly, outside the standard clinic structure. Do you take insurance?
No, by design. Insurance was built to manage disease, not optimize biology. Operating outside it lets us design protocols around you rather than a billing code, with the time and therapies that actually move the needle.
Which therapy is right for me?
That's what the consultation is for. Dr. Southern reviews your history, goals, and labs, then recommends a protocol: often combining stem cell, exosome, and IV ozone therapy, which work synergistically.
Is stem cell therapy FDA-approved?
No, and any clinic telling you otherwise is misinforming you. The FDA has approved certain cord-blood-derived products for a narrow set of blood and immune disorders. The mesenchymal cell therapies used in regenerative medicine, including ours, are not FDA-approved products. What we can tell you is exactly what we do use: cells from screened donor tissue, donated after healthy full-term births with donor consent, with sourcing documentation available for you to review at your consultation. Dr. Southern will walk you through what the current evidence supports for your specific situation, and what it does not. We would rather you hear that from us than discover it later.
Do you offer hormone therapy or weight loss?
Hormone optimization and medical weight loss are available at Nascent, calibrated from comprehensive lab work. PRP and regenerative aesthetics are coming soon.
