Updates and Changes

First, we have a joyful announcement: Dr. Southern is expecting a baby in May!

Second, after thoughtful consideration, Nascent Health is relocating to Scottsdale to better serve our patients, while Dr. Jessi is remaining at a new location in Gilbert.

What This Means for Your Care

  • Through March 13, 2026: We’ll continue seeing patients at our current Gilbert location with gradually reduced hours as we transition

  • DrSouthern Maternity Leave: Dr. Southern will take maternity leave May 8th – June 21st we want to assure you that your care will continue seamlessly during this time with coverage from qualified providers for ongoing needs.

  • Starting in late Summer 2026: We’ll reopen at our new Scottsdale location (exact address coming soon!)

  • Your care continues uninterrupted: Telehealth appointments remain fully available Monday-Friday throughout this entire transition

  •  Dr. Jessi continues in Gilbert: Dr. Jessi will continue seeing patients at a Gilbert-area location (details to follow), so you can choose to continue with her if you prefer

  •  You choose your provider: Whether you’d like to continue with Dr. Southern via telehealth and monthly Scottsdale visits, or transition to Dr. Jessi’s continued Gilbert presence, we support your choice

  • All patients welcome: Dr. Southern is returning to normal patient care (not offering a concierge program this year), so any and all current patients are welcome to continue their care with her

We’re Still Here for You – Even After March 13th

Please know that even after the Gilbert location closes on March 13th, our team will still be available to support you. Our phone lines will remain active, and we will continue responding to emails and Charm portal messages to help ensure a smooth transition for everyone. You’re not losing access to us—we’re just changing locations!

Services at Our New Scottsdale Location

Our Scottsdale location will offer:

  • Comprehensive telehealth consultations

  • Monthly in-person visits

  •  Blood draw services (limited availability)

  •  IV therapy (limited availability)

  •  Regenerative joint injections (monthly)

  • Hormone pellet therapy (monthly)

Important Information for Hormone Pellet Patients

Pellet appointments will be scheduled during Dr. Southern’s in-person week each month in Scottsdale. If the timing doesn’t align with your pellet schedule, we will provide you with a referral to a trusted Evexipel provider colleague who can perform your pellet insertion to ensure there’s no gap in your hormone therapy. Patients with pellets currently scheduled will be contacted directly to arrange appointments during Dr. Southern’s in-person weeks (before and after her maternity leave) or receive referrals to our trusted colleagues in the East Valley for continuity of care.

If You Have Prepaid Treatment Packages

If you have any outstanding prepaid IV therapy or treatment packages, please schedule your remaining appointments as soon as possible. All prepaid packages must be redeemed by March 13th at our Gilbert location to ensure you can utilize your services before the transition.

If You Have Appointments Scheduled in March

Our team will be reaching out to all patients with March appointments. If you’re a new patient scheduled to begin care in March, we’ll contact you directly to discuss your options:

  • Continue your appointment at our new Scottsdale location (address to be confirmed) or with Dr. Jessi at her new location

  • Reschedule to a date/time that works best with the transition

  •  Receive a full refund if you prefer
