How Does Prolozone Work?
Our cells need oxygen to survive and repair. Prolozone delivers oxygen, vitamins, and minerals to damaged cartilage, which reduces inflammation and stimulates the body to heal.
Ozone is a gaseous molecule composed of pure oxygen. When combined with prolotherapy, it revitalizes painful joints or damaged ligaments by directly infusing them with oxygen once again. The addition of Ozone causes the joint to heal much more quickly than with Prolotherapy alone.
Prolozone Therapy promotes tissue regeneration, reduces inflammation, and ultimately provides lasting relief from pain. Injections are typically repeated every 4-6 weeks until maximum improvement is reached.
